Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
